Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Switzerland, acting as a processor under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The data centres are located in Switzerland. Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Transfers of personal data to Switzerland may therefore take place under Art. 45 GDPR without additional safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR.
When you access the site, the hosting provider automatically records technical data in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referrer, browser type and version, and operating system.
Purpose: delivery of the website, technical stability, and security (for example defence against attacks). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website. This data is not merged with other sources and is not used to identify you. It is deleted or anonymised as soon as it is no longer needed for these purposes; data held in backups is deleted after a maximum of 14 days.
Local storage on your device
No cookies are set. Your theme choice and a small navigation state are stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your preference between visits. This information never leaves your device: it is not transmitted to the server, not shared, and not used for analysis, profiling or tracking.
Legal basis: § 25 (2) TDDDG (formerly TTDSG) — storage strictly necessary to provide a function you explicitly requested. You can delete this data at any time in your browser settings.

If you write to us, the data you provide (your email address, your name if given, and the content of your message, including any material you send as part of a brief) is processed solely in order to answer you and to carry out the work you ask about.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the processing relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request; otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Your material is treated as confidential by default.
We keep your message for as long as it is needed to deal with your request and to meet statutory retention obligations, and delete it afterwards. You may object to this processing or ask for erasure at any time.
