Client work is not content. What you send VrideX, and what the work finds, belongs to you — not to this website.

Private by default

Everything you share — documents, data, links, messages, and the findings themselves — is confidential by default. It is not sold or syndicated. It is used only for the agreed work and the conversation around it. Nothing about your engagement is made public unless you decide it should be.

Public proof only by choice

If a piece of work would make useful public proof, that is a separate and explicit decision — yours. Anything public can be approved, edited, anonymised (pattern shown, identity withheld), or left out entirely. No client is published by default; silence is never taken as consent; permission for one use is not permission for another.

Self-applied work

Some public examples are VrideX's own systems, worked with the same discipline VrideX brings to any client. They are labelled as self-applied — a way to show how the work is done without exposing anyone else's material.

An NDA when it's needed

Where a project calls for it, a mutual non-disclosure agreement can be signed before anything is shared. Its terms follow the law of the jurisdiction that applies to the engagement — which depends on where you and the work are based — and the specifics live in that signed agreement, not on this page. This is a plain statement of how material is handled: not a substitute for the signed terms, and not a claim that a document by itself makes information safe. Discretion is a practice, not a paragraph.
